Hi chookit

tehy are a little young yet to tell... people would only be guessing i would give them another 2 to 3 weeks and you should be able to see for sure what they are then...

cheers squeak1

Thanks squeak1, I will do that.

I am not sure how to tell the sex of polish, I read somewhere about their crest shape. Maybe I read to much

Hi

the crests are a little different the male crests feather are pointyer but that is some thing you will pick up as time go's on.

The best way is the cockerals will start to develope wattles somewhere between 4 to 6 weeks. depending on how much feed they are getting and how fast they are growing .

Another way which will give you a rough idea is to clap your hands loud once near them the cockerals will stand erect and the pullets will sqaut down but this is a rough way it doesn't always work .

cheers squeak1

I think I am hoping the Polish gods will give me some boys, to go with my little frizzle pullets.
