We have a chook that isnt growing feathers, and as its getting cold im after sometuing to keep her warm. Anyone reccomend a chicken jumper retailer?

Why isn't it growing feathers?
Are you sure that it isn't just having a long moult?

Can chooks get beak and feather disease same as parrots, if yes it should be culled if vet checked and correct. Hopefully just a heavy moult.

It's not the greatest idea unless there is a good reason - some more information might lead to better advice though.
