I'm thinking it's a rooster. More crowing, and I think more saddle feather's.

it does look kind of roosterish. How old is it? i cant really see the saddle feathers because it is so black.

I don't know the age's of them, the neighbours didn't know how to care for them, so I offered to take them. But it has continued to keep crowing, and it looks as if it is starting to get leg spurs. Those tell tale spots are forming.
