Please help

A cute pekin bantam of mine is losing feathers on her back. :aaah!
I made a chicken saddle thinking it's the rooster she's still losing feathers from her back down and now it looks like another chook is starting to get it.

If it is a parasite please help me remedy this problem.

Are you sure that they haven't started their moult? Some of mine have.
