Hi there

We are looking to expand our aging flock. Our Wyandotte Bantams have been lovely pets and we do get some fantastic but small eggs from our girls. But they will be 5 and 6 years old this year and are slowing down, they won't last forever. I am looking at the "Easter Eggers" bantams to buy but am open to suggestion, they would ideally be pullets as our girls aren't actually broody that often and I'm not sure how well they will accept chicks.

Any advice welcome but the breed will need to be bantam, to suit our smaller garden and the existing won't probably cope well with full size. Also have to be available within a 100km range of Gerringong NSW!
